Cancellation Policy :

  • Free cancellation up until 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • The total price of the reservation will be charged for cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival or in the case of a no show.

We Have No Tolerance Policy :

  • Any verbal / physical abuse towards staff or guests will not be tolerated.
  • If you are verbally or physically abusive to any staff or guests, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund available.

OTA ( Online Travel Agency ) Bookings Policy :

Any reservations done through OTAs will have to follow the policies as per mentioned on respective OTA. In any cancelation or refund or any other issues related to the reservation done through OTA , guests will have to contact their respective support team as its a reservation done through their website / App resort can't take any steps directly.

General :

Terms & Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the Resort's website and payments via payment gateway system of Ananda Wellness Retreat. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time and are subject to change at our complete discretion without further notice to you. Smoking and Drinking is prohibited in Resort.

Early Check-Out :

The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date.

Late Check-Out :

Late checkouts are available upon request. Please contact Reception to check availability. Additional fees may be applied. A late check-out fee may apply if the property is not vacated prior to the set check-out time of the property.

Restaurant :

We are offering Delicious and nutritious vegetarian food at our restaurant with an emphasis on fresh ingredients. Our produce is locally sourced and organic where possible, the food is prepared daily and hand crafted using traditional techniques by expert chefs, creating a range of seasonal mouth watering dishes to choose from. Every Monday Restaurant will be Closed.

Room Cleaning :

Your comfort is very important to us. For guests staying multiple nights, Room cleaning & linens will be changed after 2 days. If Housekeeping is unable to change a bed due to personal items left on a bed, a note will be left. Housekeeping will be happy to change your bed linens and make your beds. if all personal items are removed. Please contact our Front Desk staff if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Guarantee Policy :

A valid Credit Card is required at time of booking and a valid Credit Card must be presented at time of check in.

No Party Policy :

We have a strict no party policy. In the event that any apartment/guest is identified as having a party, the Resort reserves the right to immediately request all occupants of the apartment up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the apartment to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the accommodation is non refundable. In addition the registered guests will be required to settle the account prior to departure for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the apartment, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.

Facilities :

If any feature/facility is essential for the guest in choosing a particular property, we recommend contacting the Resort prior to booking. Ananda Wellness Retreat cannot be held liable for omissions or errors whether temporary or permanent of a property’s facilities and services. Photos shown on the website are indicative only and may not specifically represent the exact room allocated to you. Destination images featured on our website may not represent the views offered from our locations. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types. Sauna & Jacuzzi facilities are complementary and there is no refund if any complementary facilities are under Maintenance.

Internet Access :

Ananda Wellness Retreat offers inclusive Wi-Fi internet access to customers. Ananda Wellness Retreat cannot be held responsible for non-availability of the Internet network, inability of accessing the Website, external intrusion, computer viruses, or non-authorized online transactions using our Wi-Fi access.

No-Shows / Failure to Cancel :

Each rate booked at resort is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the Cancellation Policy of the particular type of rate booked. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our terms & conditions. If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the rate booked.

Pricing Errors :

Ananda Wellness Retreat and its affiliates reserve the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price, inclusions or service at any point in time.

Relocation :

In the event of a situation whereby the Property cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed for whatever reason, the Property will undertake to relocate guests to a comparable alternate property at its absolute discretion with no additional cost to the guest. Should the guest wish to choose a property of a higher standard other than offered under this condition, the guest will be required to pay any price difference. Should the guest not wish to accept the relocation, a full refund & booking cancellation may be granted.

Disclaimers :

As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant to Ananda Wellness Retreat that you will not use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Resort may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on this Website, Ananda Wellness Retreat is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on the Website. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Ananda Wellness Retreat will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Ananda Wellness Retreat to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.

Limitation of Liability :

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, Ananda Wellness Retreat and its affiliates shall not be responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions.

Insurance :

Ananda Wellness Retreat strongly recommends you purchase Comprehensive Travel Insurance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction :

The products and/or services described in and available through the site may not be available in your country. We make no representation that the services or products offered in the site are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. The site is operated from Australia and it is governed by the laws of Australia.

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR 1-2 ROOMS

Terms

  • 50% deposit on booking
  • Maximum 24 hour hold on room if no payment
  • Remaining 50% auto-deducted 72 hours before arrival.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • No charge for changes more than 14 days ahead*
**DUE TO COVID - 19, NO CASH PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED AT THIS POINT IN TIME**

Rescheduling (1-2 Rooms)

*If you need to reschedule under 14 days notice then we will try and resell the room. If the room is sold, we will issue a credit voucher of the full value for you to rebook, this voucher will be valid for 12 months from the time of issue. If we do not resell the room then we can offer you a future replacement ‘standby booking’ which can only be booked 24 hour before arrival, if room availability. We recommend travel insurance for all bookings. Terms are different for group bookings of 3+ rooms, group organisers* and weddings. We reserve the right to upgrade room type for any booking for free.

Reschedule requests must be made in writing by email.

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR 3+ ROOMS & GROUP ORGANISERS

Group Bookings

Our terms and conditions are different for groups as follows:

For groups of 3+ rooms

  • 4 weeks required to reschedule booking
  • 50% required on booking
  • All payments non refundable
  • Remaining 50% due 4 weeks before arrival
  • If under 4 weeks, 100% of booking due.

For organisers of non-exclusive external groups & retreats*

  • 50% payment as deposit
  • All payments non refundable
  • 8 weeks required to reschedule booking
  • 10% reschedule charge is required
  • Remaining 50% due 4 weeks before arrival

For Exclusive Retreat Hire*

Terms are negotiated on a case by case basis.

*Non-Exclusive group bookings defined as a booking that is running during the same time as other guests or groups are within the premises.

*Exclusive group booking defined as booking of the premises in its entirety.

*Group organisers are classified as the following: Corporate Events, Functions, Retreats and any booking with use of facilities or over 3+ Rooms.

*If you need to reschedule under 42 days notice then we will try and resell the rooms. If the room is sold, we will issue a credit voucher of the full value for you to rebook, this voucher will be valid for 12 months from the time of issue. If we do not resell the room then we can offer you a future replacement ‘standby booking’ which can be booked up to 42 days before arrival, if room availability. We recommend travel insurance for all bookings. We reserve the right to upgrade room type for any booking for free.

Reschedule requests must be made by writing in email.

SPA/TREATMENT BOOKINGS

Treatments cancelled within a 48 hour before period incur a 50% charge.

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR WEDDINGS

Wedding Bookings

Our terms and conditions are different for weddings as follows:

A deposit fee of $1500 will reserve your date for up to 24 months in advance. This is a non-refundable deposit for booking your day.

Accommodation to be selected and booked out a minimum of 3 months in advance.

Guests will be offered a 10% discount on the current rate available on our website on the day of your wedding.

If organiser is paying for accomodation for guests:

  • 50% payment as deposit
  • All payments non refundable
  • Remaining 50% due 2 months before arrival
  • 4 weeks required to reschedule booking before remaining 50% required.

If organiser is not paying for accomodation for guests:

  • Rooms blocked out to a minimum of 3 months in advance
  • Guests required to pay deposit a minimum of 3 months in advance
  • 50% payment as deposit
  • All payments non refundable
  • Remaining 50% due 2 months before arrival
  • 4 weeks required to reschedule booking before remaining 50% required.

If extra accommodation is required, guest is required to book directly with us. Depending on booking size, booking terms for 1-2 rooms or 3+ rooms applies.

Cancellations due to covid 19 will be taken into consideration and a full refund will be available up to 1 month prior to wedding day.
